The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 658 out of 1,189 passed the various grades of the written phase of the MARINE ENGINEER OFFICERS LICENSURE EXAMINATIONS
given by the Board for Marine Engineer Officers in Manila this September 2011.
In addition, 428 applicants were approved for upgrading as Chief Marine Engineer Officers as per Board Res. No. 87 dated June 1, 2011, Board Res. Nos. 98 & 99 dated June 16, 2011, Board Res.
